And if you think that you can last a week and lose 7 kilograms, and this result will stay with you forever, then I hasten to disappoint you. No. It won't stay. Simply because in the first week, weight loss occurs mainly due to the removal of excess fluid from the body and the maximum emptying of the intestines. As you understand, such a result cannot last long.
